Getting the sweet business catalyst is as simple as it gets: it’s a gun that will drop off Exotic weapons. Problem is, most Exotic weapons are difficult to get, mainly because they are so rare drops for the most part (with the exception of Exotic grenades and the special Exotic armor). That being said, there are tried and true ways to get more Exotic weapons in Destiny 2:

The best way to get a sweet business catalyst drop is to complete all the quests in the random world. The problem with this strategy is that doing all the quests in the random world will take you forever – especially when you’re grinding for Exotics. But there is an answer to the time-consuming strategy: there are guides and cheats for Destiny 2 that tell you how to skip all the unnecessary grinding and main quests and go straight to the high-end stuff.

There are two primary sources for getting sweet business catalyst drops: loot and gear drops.

Gear drops usually come with exotics but only on rare occasions; they can also drop a special item that is only available from certain quests. For the most effective strategies, try to complete as many Exotic quests as possible before heading into the wilds to look for better gear.

Gear dropping, however, is a little bit of a downer. In general, most junk gear you get in Destiny 2 won’t do anything for you other than make your character look bad. The exception is the occasional high-powered gun or crossbow; if you really want to have sweet business catalyst, you should definitely hold onto these items as much as possible, because the rare gear you’ll find on rare mobs is worth quite a lot of money.

You can pick up multikills from vendors near mission givers or in your gear drop list, and you’ll find that the gear reward is well worth the effort.

Sweet business catalyst is also dropped by enemy players, although on rare occasion.

A player with enough dexterity can actually throw their character across the map and cause the catalyst to drop, greatly reducing flinch when moving from one area to another. The downside is that the enemy will know that you’ve got it, and you may be caught out of position and vulnerability when moving to avoid being attacked. If this happens, however, it can be a very short battle.

Another great way to get some quick sweet business is to purchase a skill that boosts your Multikills by a little bit. For example, if you purchase a Multishot skill that boosts attack power by four, you can easily get three or four more attacks per round, making the fights a bit more even and making them a bit less tedious to do. On a whole, these multikills are worth the investment to get them out there as quickly as possible.

There are other ways to get some sweet deals on catalysts that reduce flinch, though.

One of them is to have a maxed skill for hitting enemies while you’re not flinching. These skills can come in handy when you need to eliminate multiple opponents quickly. Keep in mind that you’ll also want to make sure that you have some downtime between each of your attacks, so that you don’t have to worry about getting hit while you’re defending yourself. Some skills reduce incoming damage by a hefty amount, which means that they’ll put a damper on your opponent’s chances of hitting you.

The sweet business deals that you can get with the multishot, parry, and deflector will allow you to get some truly powerful weapons out on the field. The best thing to do is to play the quests and go PvP, where you’ll be able to lay down the spicy stuff fast and easy. These three unique skills will let you get a variety of powerful weapons out on the field very quickly, giving you some serious weapons speed and a boost to your defense.
