  • Finally, you have to prepare and register your trademark. You have to do this by filing a trademark application. The trademark office in New York has different forms that you have to complete and submit to be valid, including the statement of name, the name, address, and the name of the LLC as well as the symbol used to indicate the LLC.
  • Once all the documents are filed, you’re done with starting up your limited liability company in New York.
